For beginners and slightly intermediates
muv soft is for you if you're new to the Reformer, want to deepen your basic knowledge, or have minor physical discomfort. We move more slowly, explain everything step by step, and keep the exercises simple and easy to control.
muv strong
Intermediate
muv strong is for you if you've mastered the basics and are ready for faster pace and longer flows. Here you'll work more intensively and develop a deeper body awareness, giving you access to more complex reformer variations. Ideal if you want to become even stronger, more stable, and more enduring.
Not suitable for beginners or those with physically limiting conditions.
