muv flow is your session if you feel comfortable in muv soft and are ready to add a little more energy. Movements flow seamlessly from one to the next, keeping you engaged and moving with ease. Perfect for when you want your workout to feel more empowering.
muv strong
Intermediate
muv strong is for you if you've mastered the basics and want to challenge yourself with a more powerful workout. Here you'll work more intensively and develop a deeper body awareness, giving you access to more complex reformer variations. Ideal if you want to become even stronger, more stable, and more enduring.
Not suitable for beginners or those with physically limiting conditions.
